Required Experience: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience (eight years). A minimum of 3-5 years of human resources work experience.

Preferred Experience: Degree in Human Resources Management

Location: Washington, D.C. USA – Currently fully remote. Transitioning to hybrid onsite (2 days a week) and remote (3 days a week). Current planned transition date is October 4.

02 The Job As Human Resources Business Partner, you will serve as big picture thinker, problem solver and day-to-day business partner for the International Programs Group (IPG). You will partner with IPG business managers and directors to proactively develop and execute HR solutions focused on talent management, organizational effectiveness, workforce planning, and employee engagement that lead to improved ministry and business results. You will handle routine questions and concerns as well as champion open communication between managers and staff by encouraging diverse perspectives and creative solution.

05 You bring A Bachelors degree or equivalent work experience (eight years). A minimum of 3-5 years of human resources work experience.

  • A true hands-on approach as well as the ability to successfully monitor the “pulse” of the employees to ensure a high level of employee engagement
  • Able to pivot with agility and manage multiple priorities in a complex work environment
  • Success in this role will require influential partnership with middle management within the organization to execute the HR strategies that foster organizational effectiveness.
