Unpaid Short-Term Internship (Oct through Jan) at SFV Consulting Group

The Group is seeking an intern to work on the topic of migration. This internship will focus on programming ideas, best practices, and research of such. The candidate must have experience working in the field of migration and refugees.

The Role: All work is to be conducted as a home-based assignment, and the intern will work closely with the focal point at SFV Consulting Group. No travel is anticipated. It is anticipated that the internship will require about 8-10 hours of work per week.

Required knowledge, skills and experience: This is an entry level position. However, candidates should have a Skype account and internet strong enough to hold voice calls as well as :

· A keen interest in development and humanitarian work

· Ability to work under pressure, and adhere to deadlines without exception

· Experience in studies or work in developing countries specific to migration

· A demonstrated ability to manage assignments and write effectively

· A working proficiency of the English language
