Monitoring and Evaluation Officer At Kiron Open Higher Education gGmbH

Your opportunities and responsibilities at Kiron:

• In coordination with Project Managers, design proper M&E plans and frameworks for KIRON projects and regularly update/adapt the M&E plans of Kiron’ running projects;
• Develop qualitative and quantitative data collection tools for both projects.
• Participate in project design and developing /setting up logical frameworks.
• Collect and submit regularly to the Project Managers M&E quantitative and qualitative data to feed into the projects and be used for the donor’ reports.
• Develop and maintain a database of beneficiaries in order to collect and compile detailed information about organizations and individuals supported by KIRON’s projects.
• Conduct internal program evaluations such as baseline surveys/performance surveys / post-intervention monitoring and/or needs assessments with partners/beneficiaries when needed;
• In collaboration with the Project Managers, plan and implement internal monthly and final project reviews.

Your set of skills:

• University degree in Information Management, International Development, Project Management or any relevant field. Specific M&E courses/degrees would be an asset.
• Excellent writing, data collection/analysis, and presentation skills.
• At least 5 years of experience in monitoring, information management, data collection and evaluation for international projects/donors/organizations, development projects, preferably in the humanitarian/social development/education or refugee assistance fields.
• Good knowledge of international donors and organizations working in development and humanitarian sectors fields in Lebanon.
• You have excellent communication skills in both Arabic and English, written and spoken.
