The Role of our Womens Department Lead

Oxfam Shops are at the heart of our Charity and at the heart of our Communities, raising vital money and awareness to fight poverty. Our people are always guided by our values of Empowerment, Accountability and Inclusiveness. Shop Teams, consisting of paid staff and 23,000 volunteers across our network, donate their diverse skills to make as much money as possible from thousands of donations we receive every day.

Oxfam’s Superstore is a brand-new exciting concept and we are looking for Department Lead who will help run a destination store that offers a bigger experience: enormous and diverse product choice with an Oxfam Online shop area hub, café and event space. The role of the Department Lead is empowered, varied, busy and gives the opportunity to work with some amazing people.

Please note this is a fixed-term opportunity till 31st March 2023.
