The Role

Oxfam GB is looking for a Finance Process Analyst to be the program lead for our Finance Improvement Project, which will deliver improvements to our key financial processes, such as shop income and payroll.

What we are looking for

Our Finance Process Analyst will have experience of delivering process improvement, have an understanding of different financial processes, and an understanding of continuous improvement.

You will build successful relationships with different teams and be able to communicate effectively with people at all levels of the organization.

You will be well organised, be analytical and like solving problems.

This role is fixed-term for 12 months.
