The Role

Oxfam GB is looking for a New Partnerships Manager (Trusts and Foundations) to join the Philanthropy, Partnerships and Ambassadors team. This is an exciting position in a high-performing, supportive and ambitious team.

You will be responsible for developing new impact-focused partnerships with Trusts and Foundations in the UK and overseas, resulting in funding for Oxfam’s life-saving and life-changing work.

Working closely with technical experts, in-country programme staff and Oxfam’s leadership team, you will connect with and create mutually-rewarding relationships with key contacts at Trusts & Foundations.

What we are looking for

Our next New Partnerships Manager will have experience of fundraising with trusts and foundations, companies or institutional donors and a successful track record in relationship management. We’re looking for someone with the tenacity, confidence and interpersonal skills to create and influence new relationships that deliver income and impact for Oxfam.

We offer

This role will give you an opportunity to develop your professional skills and experience and make a genuine difference to people’s lives around the world. You’d be joining Oxfam’s successful Philanthropy, Partnerships and Ambassadors team, responsible for forging new partnerships which deliver significant funding and impact to help realise Oxfam’s vision of a just world without poverty.

You would join the team at an exciting time as we sharpen our focus on building partnerships which tackle fundamental inequalities that keep people in poverty and truly shift power as we create more space for southern affiliates and local partners.

Flexfam

We believe flexible working is key to building the Oxfam of the future, so we’re open to talking through the type of flexible arrangements which might work for you. We think this role would work particularly well as a job share, fully or partially home based.
