Overview of position
Our client is undertaking a project that aims to strengthen the resilience of both the supported health facilities, as well as the targeted communities, through providing sustainable access to healthcare services in targeted communities, as well as relevant training for their staffing. Our client will be responsible for the design and rehabilitation works of the health facilities, ensuring highest standards in design and rehabilitation works, and respect of ‘state of the art’ requirements for safety, sustainability, security, and disability access. In addition, our client will support targeted health facilities with provisions of medical equipment and supplies, as well as strengthening capacities through conducting training activities.
Role objectives
· 1.Provide support to the hospital staff at the targeted Health Facility to acquire the skills in terms of training modules.
· 2. Carry out the training in the selected health facilities and conduct site visits to improve the capacity building of the health facilities
· 3. Identify and document gaps in the operational and quality management systems of each selected health facility and prioritize their needs.
· 4. Coordinate with our client advisor the time-frame and methodology of field visit and training to targeted Health facilities .
· 5. ِAssist in Training the medical staff and non-medical staff.
· 6. Support in conducting the training and submit the results to our client team
· 7. Support in supervising the capacity building training for the Health facilities .

Key competencies
Experience in the usage of computers and software packages (drawing software, structural software, office (MS Word, Excel, etc.) and advance knowledge of spreadsheet and database packages is required.
