Your mission is to ensure the proper functioning and general maintenance of all establishments, in order to guarantee the best reception conditions while respecting the procedures in place.

Presentation of the structure

Within the “Fight against Exclusions” sector in Ile-de-France, the P le Exclusion des Hauts-de-Seine is made up of:

  • mobile teams that ensure a marauding and support activity for people on the street in very precarious situations. Their roles are articulated:
  • during the day, around a medico-psycho-social action provided by a multidisciplinary team (nurse, social workers and marauder) who work to find solutions adapted to each situation, being a relay to the competent institutions under common law, to reception and accommodation structures, to external partners (hospitals, CMP, social services, etc.)
  • At night, around a social action provided by marauders, who go to meet people with disabilities, either at the request of 115 or by marauding 92. Their missions consist of creating or reconnect with people in great precariousness, make an assessment of the situation of the person encountered, offer food aid, etc …
  • an accommodation and stabilization center with a reception capacity of 25 isolated men. This device allows these people in precariousness to ask questions, to recharge their batteries and to (re) build an integration project;
  • a day reception allowing up to 15 people to be accommodated at the same time (men and women). This system makes it possible to ensure an individualized welcome, to help people re-establish social ties, to work on an integration project in conjunction with a social worker;
  • an Alternative Hospitality Hospital (ALTHO) to accommodate families in diffuse apartments. The objective is to offer families an environment that recreate proximity and inclusion in its social fabric on the scale of a small town and will thus make it possible to register the action in a positive dynamic and non-stigmatizing;
  • a night shelter that can accommodate 8 isolated men;
  • a 120-place CHU for homeless people wandering in the Paris metro. The French Red Cross was mandated by the IDF Regional Council to implement the reception, accommodation and social support of this public.

Under the responsibility of the Director of P le 92, you ensure the proper functioning and general maintenance of all establishments, in order to guarantee the best reception conditions in compliance with the procedures Hard put in place. You are responsible for carrying out routine work in order to maintain the general good condition of the sites and equipment.
You will be particularly in charge of the following missions:

  • Perform diagnostics on the condition of facilities and premises, establish recommendations to ensure their technical sustainability and propose repair work programs.
  • Carry out repairs such as electrical, plumbing, locksmith, carpentry and painting or mechanical work, preventive maintenance of climatic installations and equipment, etc.
  • Participate in the monitoring of work carried out by external service providers.
  • Prepare the premises on a daily basis or during events, particularly in terms of hygiene (waste management and cleaning of spaces).
  • Collect the specific needs of employees in terms of the working environment and propose adapted solutions.
  • Ensure the safety of sites and the application of legislation in matters of hygiene and safety.
  • Participate in inventory management and orders of consumables and small equipment.
  • Ensure cost control: management of technical subcontracting and purchases in accordance with budgetary objectives.

In this context, regular trips are to be planned in the Hauts de Seine department.

Qualification

  • CAP level or professional title such as Building Agent or Second Work
  • Electrical accreditation
  • 2 years experience in a similar position
