The Opportunity
The HR (Rewards and System Analyst) Will provide support to the Human Resources Advisor (Rewards and System Analyst) in ensuring Quality and timely administration and delivery of Sudan Country office payroll, Tax, benefits and compensations, HR Systems (Oracle and timesheets) and All staff medical benefit.
In order to be successful, you will bring/have:
Essential
- A BSc in Business Administration, Human Resource Management or related Social studies from a credible institution.
- Minimum 5 years of working experience in a HR administrative role with proven record of managing staff rewards and benefits, HR online systems and Payroll.
- First-rate organizational skills with a strong eye for detail and the ability to priorities effectively whilst working to tight deadlines.
- Excellent skills on Microsoft Excel/Word and analysis of staff data
- Good attention to detail
- Experience of working in remote field bases with limited infrastructure
- Strong customer orientation and ability to work collaboratively with HR colleagues Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Experience in managing HR records i.e. for both paper and electronic systems
- Good verbal/written communication skills, a clear understanding and awareness of HR processes including the importance of confidentiality.
- Good facilitation skills and ability to deliver induction briefing/training
- Strong communication (written and spoken), and interpersonal skills in English, with experience in managing multicultural teams
- Experience of a range of assessment techniques (including assessment centres)
Desirable:
- Experience with Odoo payroll system
Contract duration: 1-year renewable
