Context:
Las tareas para realizar en virtud del presente contrato deberán ser ejecutadas bajo la orientación y Supervisión del Oficial de Compras y Logística. Sera responsable de la coordinación y el manejo de las actividades relacionadas con la recepción de la organización.
Core Functions / Responsibilities:
- Atender las solicitudes de reuniones para asignación de salas de los Piso 14 y 13 de las oficinas de OIM
- Informar anualmente a la unidad de logística el mantenimiento a la planta telefónica y aires acondicionados de las oficinas de OIM. Así mismo Recibir y revisar las facturas de servicios públicos e impuestos de la sede principal y oficinas anexas, y realizar el respectivo trámite para el pago.
- Gestionar las solicitudes de reservas de vehículos oficiales e informar a los conductores las asignaciones designadas de forma diaria.
- Realizar el Inventario General de los activos de la misión y manejo de archivos documentarios y bodegas de suministros de Papelería, aseo, cafetería e insumos de EPP´s, con el fin de dar seguimiento de entradas, salidas de elementos e insumos y seguimiento de activos en el sistema PRISM.
- Cumplir estrictamente con los procedimientos, regulaciones y estándares de conducta de la OIM.
- Todas aquellas funciones que de acuerdo con sus capacidades le sean encomendadas por el oficial de Comparas y Logística de la OIM.
- Realizar el Inventario General de los activos de la misión, creación y seguimiento de activos en el sistema PRISM.
Required Qualifications and Experience
Education
- Bachiller, preferiblemente técnico o tecnólogo o estudiante de carreras administrativas.**
Experience
- Mínimo 1 año de experiencia en cargos similares. Excelente manejo de sistemas
