This is a unique and exciting opportunity to join ODI’s team overseeing the delivery of our new five years strategy, including expanding our presence in Europe and in other key locations.
You will support the delivery of a range of strategic initiatives and projects, providing research assistance, coordinating information management, organising meetings and other general support tasks and helping to deliver world class events and strategic communications.
You will assist data gathering and other key research functions, maintain and update key contact databases and mailing lists, facilitate and organise project meetings, manage project documentation and provide inputs into partnerships coordination.

Knowledge and Qualifications
• Degree or equivalent experience
• Excellent written and oral communications skills
• Experience in assisting production of research outputs
• Ability to analyse quantitative and qualitative data

• Experience of event management and coordination
• Experience of data and information management

• Strong interpersonal skills and cultural awareness
