MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES;
Monitoring and Evaluation:
-Contribute to all MEAL data collection processes.
-Write narrative reports regarding the MEAL department activities conducted in the field.
-Ensure data collectors hired by the project are trained on the use of field-level data collection tools.
-Contribute to ensuring data quality audits are done regularly to ensure the data.
-Contribute to support Senior MEAL Officer to ensure post-implementation monitoring is conducted for projects/sectors as agreed with donors.
-Contribute to support MEAL Coordinator in presenting MEAL findings to the project management, partners.
-Ensure all MEAL Forms, data, reports and findings are archived.
Accountability to Beneficiaries
-Receiving communications and messages of complainants through the accountability tools.
-Entering complaints data into the accountability office forms, producing weekly feedback reports and following up with beneficiaries to close the loop.
-Contribute to support the field MEAL team to conduct feedback sessions and beneficiary satisfaction surveys with project beneficiaries.
Reporting
-Contribute to writing and achieving the MEAL reports.
KNOWLEDGE/QUALIFICATIONS FOR THE ROLE
Required Professional Experience:
-A minimum of 1 year of experience in monitoring and evaluation, accountability, and learning.
Required Education, training, and certification:
-Graduated or ungraduated of Economics or Business Administration, Computer-related specializations, Statistics, or other relevant discipline is required.
Preferred Knowledge and Qualifications:
-Demonstrated ability in using quantitative and qualitative methods, including questionnaire design, survey techniques and participatory approaches.
-Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work in a team.
-Good organizational and time management skills.
-Proficiency in MS Programs, Data visualization, KoboToolbox, PowerBi.
-Demonstrated ability in the use of quantitative, logical and analytical abilities.
Good English knowledge.
