Project Lead for Integrity Learning Repackaging At Asia Society for Social Improvement & Sustainable Transformation

The assignment involves revising and enhancing an existing training deck on integrity, anti-corruption, and prohibited practices in the context of development projects. The goal is to improve clarity, relevance, and engagement by applying innovative communication strategies, behavioral insights, and interactive learning methods such as case studies, quizzes, and digital tools. The updated materials will be structured into a modular format for flexible training delivery and accompanied by a comprehensive trainer’s toolkit. The expert will also conduct a training-of-trainers session and provide recommendations for ongoing updates and improvements, to be completed within a 10-week project period.

General Qualifications

  • Master’s degree in Communications, Education, Development Studies, or related fields
  • Proven leadership in managing training or communications projects for multilateral institutions
  • Strong strategic thinking and team coordination skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication; able to manage client expectations
  • Knowledge of behavioral economics and “nudge” theory
  • Experience leading diverse, multi-disciplinary teams

Project-related Experience

  • Led similar projects on integrity, anti-corruption, or ethics training
  • Designed and delivered adult training programs using interactive tools
  • Developed training toolkits and curricula for institutional use
  • Experience managing stakeholder consultations and iterative content development
  • Familiarity with development sector training standards
  • Delivered or supervised training-of-trainers modules

Overseas/Country Experience

  • Experience managing regional or global projects, preferably in Asia-Pacific (required)
  • Familiarity with multicultural settings and international standards
  • Engagements with organizations such as GIZ, ADB, UN, or other development agencies in cross-country contexts
  • Led or contributed to workshops/trainings in international locations
