Job Description

Within the Development and Communication department, made up of 19 people, and directly reporting to the digital communication and web marketing department manager, you will work in synergy and across departments with the other members of the department, but also with the other departments of the department as well as the other departments of the association.

MAIN OBJECTIVES OF THE TRAINING

– Discover how an NGO headquarters works and how it relates to the field

– Discover the different professions of SOLIDARITÉS INTERNATIONAL in the field and at headquarters

– Understand the humanitarian issues of the NGO and its partners

– Participate in the implementation of the communication strategy of a humanitarian NGO

– Practice and perfect your web skills

– Evolve in a multicultural environment

FUNCTIONS

Creation, production and publication of web content

– Participates in the production of content and web creations for the editorial animation of the site, mini-sites and social networks of the association: photo editing, photo galleries, video editing, infographics, design and production of mini-content and collection sites, etc.

– Works on integrating AI into our editorial and graphic uses: monitoring, testing, proposals, etc.

– Publication of content produced in close collaboration with team members

Email management

– Participates in the development of the email strategy: proposing subjects, formats, managing the sending schedule, etc.

– Ensures the assembly and distribution of emails (calls for donations, relationships, newsletters): integration, routing, deliverability monitoring, assessment and recommendations

Monitoring of projects linked to our digital media

– Participates in the management and development of the photo library: technical support, validation of imported photos, etc.

Possibility of teleworking in accordance with the teleworking charter in force and the manager
Apprenticeship contract in alternation
Remuneration according to regulations in force
Public transport covered at 50% by SOLIDARITÉS INTERNATIONAL
Meal vouchers at €8.90 / actual working day, with participation of SOLIDARITÉS INTERNATIONAL at 60%
Leave: 2.0833 CP/month

Higher education (minimum bac +3 level) in Communication/Marketing
Good writing skills and generative AI tools (Chat, ChatGPT, etc.)
Good technical web skills: social networks, DTP tools, CMS, SEO, audience measurement tools
Fluent French and English (written and oral)
Good interpersonal skills, dynamic, curious, sense of initiative and rigor
Real interest and motivation for associations and humanitarian work
Good IT skills: Office pack (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
