Context :
In a constantly evolving environment, HR must reinvent itself to respond to new organizational challenges in an agile and relevant manner. Beyond essential process and compliance management, it must assert itself as a true strategic partner in the social mission, strengthening its influence on key decisions, supporting transformations, promoting personal and professional development, and ensuring the viability of operations.
Mission :
Under the direct supervision of the Human Resources Director, the HR Function Animation and Transformation Manager plays a key role in this dynamic of continuous evolution . He/she mobilizes, structures and drives a dynamic of evolution, adaptation, and continuous innovation of the HR function, to make it a strategic lever serving the social mission. Under the leadership of the HR Department, he/she acts as a facilitator, catalyst of synergies and driver of innovation within the various HR components.
Main Missions:
Structuring and coordination of the HR business line
- Contribute to the definition and adjustment of recruitment, onboarding and career and skills development strategies, in conjunction with key stakeholders.
- Organize and lead cross-functional HR management bodies (steering committee, specific working groups, etc.) and ensure their proper coordination with other business management systems (Finance, Operations, etc.).
- Coordinate the monitoring of the HR business line action plan and provide guidance to the HR Department and the line’s Steering Committee.
2. Animation of the HR community
- Create and facilitate discussion spaces to disseminate best practices, strengthen engagement, and stimulate collaboration within the function.
- Coordinate the organization of unifying events (coordination weeks, workshops, webinars, etc.) to strengthen collective commitment around HR issues.
- Support and stimulate the dynamics of belonging to the HR community by promoting relevant initiatives, commitment, and experiences.
3. Organizational transformation of the HR function
- Monitor and analyze key indicators relating to the state of the HR function (team balance, workload, satisfaction, etc.) in order to anticipate tensions, risks and opportunities for adjustment.
- Evaluate the organization of the HR function and propose structural changes to strengthen coordination, clarity of roles and collective efficiency (head office, regions, field, intersection, etc.).
- Contribute to HR architecture projects (revision of reference materials, decentralization, etc.) while ensuring consistency and alignment with strategic directions.
- Trace, capitalize and model structural developments (creation of services, readjustment of scopes, new roles) through visual supports and management tools.
4. Knowledge management & internal HR communication
- Contribute to the structuring, consistency and effectiveness of internal HR communication, in line with organizational developments and the directions of the HR function.
- Develop knowledge management systems to facilitate capitalization, sharing of experiences and access to key resources.
- Ensure the clarity and accessibility of HR tools and messages distributed to all stakeholders.
Cross-functional missions:
- Support the integration of cultural and organizational developments (Safeguarding, DEI, Green, Duty of Care & Solidarity, etc.) within the HR function.
- Facilitate understanding and readability of HR issues among stakeholders, to strengthen alignment between operational and institutional needs and the realities of the HR function.
- As needed, contribute to the functional coordination of resources or expertise mobilized around HR transformation and its strategic management
Desired profile
Experience & skills:
- Proven expertise in HR transformation and analysis of organizational dynamics in complex international contexts.
- Significant field experience, ideally with MSF, with a detailed understanding of HR issues related to humanitarian operations, particularly in emergency situations.
- Demonstrated experience in leading cross-functional HR projects or organizational transformations.
- Ability to unite, facilitate and support change in complex organizations.
- Excellent communication skills, listening and facilitation skills and a sense of intercultural collaboration.
- Strategic sense, creativity and agility in an unstable environment.
Languages: Fluency in French and English (level B1 written and oral).
