Reporting to the International HR Department Coordinator, you will join the International HR Department made up of “7” employees and will have the following main missions:
Develop, coordinate and supervise the management of recruitment on international missions,
Contribute to the development and implementation of an HR strategy aligned with the objectives of our organization, with an emphasis on process optimization, skills strengthening and performance management via clear indicators, within the scope of the delegations.
By ensuring the application of HR policies, advise international HR managers to support teams in the field and ensure the proper management of expatriates and national staff.

Graduate of higher education with in-depth knowledge of the humanitarian sector and more specifically of HR management on missions. Having carried out
international missions is imperative for this position, ideally in an HR Coordinator position Knowledge of
the professional environment specific to HR management (recruitment, monitoring, GPEC, organizational professions, labor law)
