Mission :

Under the supervision of the Field Coordinator, you will be in charge of planning, implementing and monitoring Nutrition and Health programs in compliance with the ACF strategy and standards, national policies and international standards.
In this context, your missions will be to:
Set up and supervise the activities of the integrated Nutrition/Health project(s)
Ensure efficient management of the project(s) implemented in the Ngaoundaye area
Supervise and manage the program team composed of 7 people: 2 SSR Officers, 2 NS Officers, 1 MobCom Officer, 2 MobCom Facilitators
Contribute to the development and management of Nutrition-Health program interventions
Participate in the coordination, representation and partnerships of ACF with partners and other actors in its intervention area

Profile :

You hold a medical degree (doctor, state-registered nurse, or equivalent), with a specialization or significant experience in public health, and in the fields of PCIMA, PCIME, and Sexual and Reproductive Health (SRH). You have
at least 2 years of experience in clinical practice (medical and/or nursing care), as well as at least 2 years in the humanitarian sector within an international NGO, as a project manager or equivalent position, including management of technical teams.
You have worked in health facilities located in remote, difficult-to-access areas and in unstable security contexts.
You also have experience working in consortiums with other international and/or national NGOs, in capacity building, and in collaboration with state, community, and associative partners.

Conditions of employment

Vaccination against MPOX is recommended for employees traveling to this country.
Fixed-term contract under French law: 12 months until 08/31/2026
Gross monthly salary: from 2130 to 2475 euros depending on experience, including 13th month
Retirement insurance reimbursement for non-French citizens: 16% of gross monthly salary
Increase in basic salary: 6% every 12 months of continuous contract
Per diem and monthly living expenses: 729 euros net, paid in the field
Monthly context allowance: 450 euros
Child allowance: 1500 euros per year and per child present in the country of origin (ceiling of 6000 euros/year)
Transport and accommodation: Coverage of travel and collective accommodation
Medical coverage: 100% of the coverage of health contributions and repatriation insurance, your medical expenses (as well as that of your dependents if family position) and this until 1 month after the end of your contract
Arrangements for maintaining salary (sickness, maternity, paternity)
Leave and RnR: 25 days per year of CP and 20 RnR per year; cover of the ticket with ceiling to go to the chosen break zone, and 215 euros of fixed compensation per RnR
