ACF WASH AI Formative Research Consultancy

The humanitarian organization Action Against Hunger (ACF) initiated a pilot project in May 2024 to validate the strategic, operational and technical advantage of using closed Artificial Intelligence (AI) (powered by internal documents) for its field, research and advocacy projects in the Water, Sanitation and Hygiene sector.
ACF wishes to independently evaluate, through an external consultant, the use (quantitative and qualitative) of the artificial intelligence tool WASH AI developed by the Canadian company BAOBAB TECH, which will be tested throughout 2025 in the 59 country offices of the ACF network.
ACF is seeking a consultant with user experience skills for artificial intelligence tools. Knowledge of the humanitarian sector, ideally the WASH sector, is a plus. Fluency in written and spoken professional English, French, and ideally Spanish are required.
This consultancy will be financed to the tune of 13,500 Euros, for a duration of 20 to 25 working days and will start on 01/09/2025 for a total duration of 4 months, i.e. until 31/12/2025.
The expected deliverables are the production of an initial report, a final report and an oral presentation of the results.
