Assignment :
Under the supervision of the Country Director and leading a team of two people, you will ensure the quality of the entire donor relationship, in particular through the quality control of project proposals, reports and any other documents intended for donors, the proper management of grants as well as participation in prospecting in the country in order to generate funding opportunities. You will also coordinate the identification, structuring and management of relations with Action Against Hunger partners in Burkina Faso.
In this context, your missions will be to:
Contribute to the implementation of the mission’s donor strategy
Advise and train field teams in the development of documents for donors, and reporting and internal monitoring documents
Organize the production and monitoring of documents for donors and reporting and internal monitoring documents
Implement, structure and formalize the partnership approach between ACF and its partners in conjunction with the Technical Departments and Field Coordinators
Define and implement a mutual process of knowledge transfer and capacity building with project partners
Strengthen institutional and public communication, in accordance with the principles of intervention and visibility of Action Against Hunger and donors

Profile:
Holder of a higher degree in project management, organization management or any other relevant field, you have proven experience in managing donor contracts through missions at headquarters or in the field, in a similar position.
You also have experience in coordinating and submitting project proposals and reports, and skills in training local partners or ease in facilitating training sessions.
You are familiar with donor procedures and strategies (ECHO, SIDA, INTPA, etc.), project cycle management and project proposal writing.
Having a sense of diplomacy and interpersonal skills, you are able to effectively manage a team, coordinate it and monitor performance.
You have listening and communication skills, writing and synthesis skills, as well as good adaptation, stress management, emotional intelligence and complexity management skills.
You are fluent in written and spoken English.
Conditions of employment
Fixed-term contract under French law: 12 months
Gross monthly salary: from 2597 to 2968 euros depending on experience, including 13th month
Retirement insurance reimbursement for non-French citizens: 16% of gross monthly salary
Increase in basic salary: 6% every 12 months of continuous contract
Per diem and monthly living expenses: 536 euros net, paid in the field
Monthly context allowance: 300 euros
Child allowance: 1500 euros per year and per child present in the country of origin (ceiling of 6000 euros/year)
Transport and accommodation: Coverage of travel and collective accommodation
Medical coverage: 100% coverage of health contributions and repatriation insurance, your medical expenses, up to 1 month after the end of your contract
Salary maintenance arrangements (sickness, maternity, paternity)
Leave and RnR: 25 days per year of CP and 20 RnR per year; cover for the ticket with a ceiling to go to the chosen break zone, and 215 euros of fixed compensation per RnR
