The Role
Oxfam International is looking for Senior Operations Officer-TROSA who in line with Oxfam’s finance and Operation systems, will provide Program administration and logistical support to the team during implementation of TROSA 2.0 Program. S(he) will work closely with TROSA PMU team, Cambodia Country Finance and Logistics Team and will be required to coordinate with regional and national partners in TROSA Project.
Who we’re looking for
We are looking for a Senior Operations Officer-TROSA with
(Essential)
- Demonstrable experience of initiating, maintaining, and tracking the Knowledge management at different platforms, including Box, Atlas, etc
- Experience of developing and maintaining supply plans and leading the procurements processes
- Experience in organizing events/ workshops from distance at venues located out of the home country.
- Experience of compliance checks for supporting documentation and initiating different kinds of payments,
- Coordination and communication skills along with ability to communicate effectively in remote work setup
(Desirable)
- Experience of successful projects closure
- Experience of working Remotely preferably at regional level
