Job Purpose
Responsible for delivering community,
technical, and cultural activities; preparing age appropriate
materials for the targeted group;
conducting awareness sessions; and
implementing focused psychosocial support
activities. Also responsible for providing and
facilitating protection services and activities for
the surrounding community. Contribute to
enhancing community participation in the
organization’s programs and activities by
facilitating communication, organizing
initiatives, and ensuring the community’s voice
is represented in planning, implementation, and
evaluation processes.
Key Responsibilities
1. Build positive relationships with community
leaders, local associations, and stakeholders.
2. Organize meetings and dialogue sessions with
community members to gather feedback and
suggestions.
3. Facilitate the implementation of project
activities in the field and ensure community
participation.
4. Identify community needs in coordination with
the project team and refer them to relevant entities.
5. Support awareness and community education
processes regarding project goals and outputs.
6. Document field activities and submit periodic
reports to management.
7. Contribute to solving field problems through
effective communication between the community
and the team.
8. Ensure adherence to protection and
accountability policies in all work stages.
9. Perform any other tasks assigned by the
supervisor.

Qualification (Education/Work Experience)
A. Essential:
Bachelor’s degree or at least an undergraduate
student in education or a related field.
– One year of experience in education
programs or community activities.
– OR: High school diploma with at least one
year of experience in community activities.
B. Desirable:
Knowledge of basic and additional training
such as psychosocial support.
– At least one year of experience in protection
programs with local or international
organizations.
– Previous training in protection (Minimum
Standards for Protection – Case
Management).
– Ability to travel, handle work pressure, and
maintain continuous communication
