About NSPPL :
The National Syrian Project for prosthetic limbs (NSPPL ) has been established in Feb 2013 by a group of Syrian doctors overseas to help the people whose parts have been imputed as a result of the Syrian war and provide them with prosthetic parts and the appropriate rehabilitation , and Licensed in Syria in Feb 2025 as The Syrian Foundation for Prosthetics Limbs and Rehabilitation.
NSPPL is a non-profit organization which serves people in Syria and Turkey.
Position Responsibilities and Duties:
- Inspect windows and doors to ensure locks are in place and working.
- Monitor and authorize entrance and departure of employees, visitors, and other persons to guard against theft and maintain the security of premises.
- Patrol premises to prevent and detect signs of intrusion and ensure the security of doors, windows, and gates.
- Escort or drive a motor vehicle to transport individuals to specified locations or to provide personal protection.
- Write reports of daily activities and irregularities such as equipment or property damage, theft, the presence of unauthorized persons, or unusual occurrences.
- Call authorities or fire departments in cases of emergency, such as fire or the presence of unauthorized persons.
- Warn persons of rule infractions or violations, and apprehend or evict violators from premises, using force when necessary.
- Answer alarms and investigate disturbances.
- Inspect and adjust security systems, equipment, or machinery to ensure operational use and to detect evidence of tampering.
- Circulate among visitors, patrons, or employees to preserve order and protect property.
- Any other tasks assigned by the Line Manager.
Qualifications & requirements:
- Minimum an Elementary School Diploma or a proven experience of at least 3 years.
- Good verbal and written communication skills in Arabic are preferred.
- Confidentiality, a strong sense of integrity.
- Multi-task Management, independent, calm, rigorous, and organized.
- Will have excellent self-motivation skills.
- Ability to exercise sound judgment and make decisions independently.
- Good stamina to stand and work for long hours.
- Adaptable and capable of working well under pressure.
- Ability to work in a team setting, as well as independently without supervision.
- A strong propensity for flexibility, teamwork, and creative thinking will be essential to this job.

Job Duties and Responsibilities:
Monitor windows and doors to ensure locks are in place and working.
Authorized to monitor and authorize the entry and exit of employees, visitors, and others to prevent theft and maintain facility security.
Tour the facility to prevent and investigate intrusions and ensure the security of doors, windows, and gates.
Escort or drive vehicles to transport personnel to designated locations or provide personal protection.
Write daily activity reports and violations such as damage to equipment or property, theft, unauthorized persons, or any unusual occurrences.
Contact officials or the fire department in emergencies, such as fires or unauthorized persons.
Warn persons of violations or other violations, and arrest or remove violators from the premises, using force when necessary.
Answer alarms and investigate disturbances.
Inspect and adjust security systems, equipment, and machinery to ensure their operational use and detect evidence of tampering.
Disseminate to visitors, supervisors, or employees to maintain order and protect property.
Any other duties assigned by the direct manager.
Qualifications and requirements:
- At least a preparatory certificate or at least 3 years of experience.
- Good written and verbal communication skills in Arabic are preferred.
- Confidentiality and honesty.
- Multitasking, independent, calm, strong and organized.
- Having personal motivation to work.
- The ability to make logical judgments and objective decisions independently.
- Ability to stand and work for long hours.
- Ability to work within a team as well as independently without supervision.
