Responsibilities
- Coordinate with the Ministry of Health and relevant stakeholders regarding training activities.
- Plan, schedule, and organize training sessions for health staff within the project scope.
- Handle all logistical and administrative arrangements related to training (venue, materials, attendance, documentation, etc.).
- Support the preparation and dissemination of training materials and tools.
- Ensure proper follow-up on training outcomes and maintain accurate training records.
- Monitor the application and adherence to project SOPs during and after training activities.
- Provide regular reports on training implementation, challenges, and achievements.
- Collaborate with project staff to ensure training needs are identified and addressed effectively.
- Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Public Health, Health Administration, Medical Sciences, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant professional experience in training coordination, preferably in the health sector.
- Previous experience in health projects, blood bank services, or related programs is an asset.
- Strong coordination and communication skills, especially with governmental health authorities.
- Good knowledge of training methodologies and facilitation skills.
- Familiarity with SOPs and health project compliance requirements.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and online communication tools.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Fluency in Arabic and good command of English (written and spoken).
