1. Background

Jesuit Refugee Service (JRS) is an international Catholic organization with a mission to accompany, serve, and advocate for refugees, internally displaced persons (IDPs), and vulnerable host communities. The protracted crisis in the Northwest and Southwest Regions has disrupted access to quality education for thousands of children and adolescents. Many face barriers including insecurity, displacement, poverty, and trauma. The Education Project Assistant (EiE) will support the implementation of JRS’s education activities at the field level.
