Oxfam is conducting a Request for Proposal (RFP) process and invites you to submit a proposal, subject to the conditions detailed in the RFP document, to provide Oxfam with:
TITLE: Acquisition of consultancy services for the pre-submission phase of a project idea note to the PSAA (FVC) in Burkina Faso, Mali and Niger.
ASSIGNMENT OBJECTIVE: To develop a competitive multi-country project idea note to complete the online questionnaire and corresponding annexes of the Green Climate Fund’s PSAA mechanism on climate change adaptation and sustainable livelihoods in three countries: Burkina Faso, Mali and Niger.
DURATION OF THE MISSION: A total of 40 working days between the following estimated dates: from 10/13/2025 to 12/21/2025.
LOCATION OF THE MISSION: Home-based with a one-week trip to one of the countries mentioned to participate in a multi-country workshop with GCF focal points at the national level.
TYPE OF CONSULTANCY: Individual and/or design office
