The French Red Cross (CRf) Overseas National Directorate employs nearly 550 people across 6 territories (Antilles, Guyana, Réunion, Mayotte, New Caledonia and French Polynesia) in 40 establishments, centers and services.
In the field of training alone, the French Red Cross training sector, called Croix-Rouge Compétence, is deployed through 11 regional directorates which have 60 training sites spread across the whole of France (mainland and overseas). Each year, more than 21,000 people are trained in 30 health and social professions (Nurses, etc.) through all access routes (initial training, work-study programs including apprenticeships, validation of acquired experience), nearly 110,000 trainees in professional training in the fields of health and social care and health and safety at work, and more than 1,500 people are supported in the prequalification process (discovery of a profession, refresher training, establishment of a professional project).

a director of a nursing institute M/F
whose mission will be to;
Manage and lead the prefiguration and installation of the Red Cross Competence Mayotte Training Institute
Lead, manage and organize the daily life of the learners and staff of the Red Cross Competence Mayotte training institute
Manage the educational projects of the establishment’s training courses.
Manage the administrative and financial aspect of the establishment, in collaboration with the support functions.
Attached to the territorial management of Mayotte, in support of the Red Cross Competence sector.
The position
Support the establishment of the new Red Cross Competence training institute in Mayotte.
Supervise, lead, coordinate the activity of the team under his responsibility
Implementation of the establishment project in conjunction with the territorial management of Mayotte and the Red Cross Competence sector.
Manage the institute on the economic, administrative, financial and logistical levels.
In terms of human resources, you are responsible for supervising, leading and coordinating the activities of the team under your responsibility.
Ensuring the management and development of the institute and developing new partnerships.
Desired start date
position to be filled as soon as possible on a permanent contract.

With higher education (must hold a State Nursing Diploma, Health Executive), you have a Master 2 ideally in training.
You have experience as a Director of an establishment with team management and in project management.
Autonomous and organized, your ability to adapt to a multidisciplinary team are assets for the success of your missions.
You are familiar with the regulations of the training sector and know how to develop and lead partnerships.
You are open-minded, diplomatic, with good analytical and anticipation skills, a strategic vision and strong negotiation skills.
