ALIMA (The Alliance for International Medical Action) is reinventing humanitarian medicine through a unique alliance of physicians, local NGOs, and researchers. Present in more than 13 African countries, we place innovation, research, and co-construction at the heart of our actions to better respond to the health crises of today and tomorrow.
At the heart of our action: the responsible and strategic management of financing and partnerships . Our Donor Relations Managers and Officers are essential players in ensuring the sustainability of our projects and their impact on communities.
Today, we are launching a unique campaign to build our Donor Relations pool . Join us to play a key role in mobilizing resources and supporting our humanitarian missions.
Two distinct profiles to join
1. Landlord Relations Manager (RRB)
- Your mission: Actively contribute to the development and implementation of the mission financing strategy, in close collaboration with the Heads of Mission.
What you will do:
- Develop and manage strategic relationships with donors;
- Produce and supervise documents intended for partners;
- Represent ALIMA with donors under the delegation of the Head of Mission
- Supervise and support a Landlord Relations Officer where appropriate.
Your profile:
- Master’s level and at least 1 year of field experience in landlord management;
- Excellent knowledge of lessors and their procedures;
- Strong writing skills (French & English), as well as interpersonal skills, allowing the production of quality documents and the maintenance of strategic relationships.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills with multicultural and remote teams.
- Autonomy, rigor and ability to prioritize in a dynamic environment;
- Leadership, autonomy, rigor and sense of coordination.
2. Landlord Relations Officer (CRB)
Your mission: to ensure the drafting, compliance and monitoring of documents intended for lessors, while supporting our operational teams.
What you will do:
- Write proposals and narrative reports;
- Monitor deadlines and contractual compliance;
- Ensure active monitoring of financing opportunities.
Your profile:
- Master’s level in international relations, development or law;
- First experience in grant management or reporting (internship, association mission, employment);
- Excellent writing skills (French & English);
- Motivation, curiosity and ability to learn quickly.

Conditions
- Contract: Fixed-term contract 6 to 12 months (renewable) depending on the country of assignment.

- Remuneration: according to ALIMA scale + recognition of experience + per diem

Your mission: Actively contribute to the development and implementation of the missions’ funding strategy, in close collaboration with the Heads of Mission.
What you will do:
- Develop and manage strategic relationships with donors;
- Produce and oversee documents submitted to partners;
- Represent ALIMA to donors under delegation from the Head of Mission;
- Supervise and support a Donor Relations Officer when applicable.
Your profile:
- Master’s degree with at least 1 year of field experience in donor management;
- Excellent knowledge of donors and their procedures;
- Strong writing (French & English) and interpersonal skills, ensuring high-quality deliverables and strong strategic relationships;
- Excellent communication and coordination skills with multicultural and remote teams;
- Autonomy, rigor, and ability to prioritize in a dynamic environment;
- Strong leadership and coordination abilities.
2. Grants Officer (GO)
Your mission: Ensure the drafting, compliance, and follow-up of donor documents while supporting our operational teams.
What you will do:
- Draft proposals and narrative reports;
- Monitor deadlines and contractual compliance;
- Conduct active monitoring of funding opportunities.
Your profile:
- Master’s degree in international relations, development, or law;
- Initial experience in grant management or reporting (internship, associative mission, job);
- Excellent writing skills (French & English);
- Motivation, curiosity, and strong learning capacity.
