Livelihoods and Climate Justice, 2. Quality Humanitarian Services, and 3. Protection and Social Cohesion. Our partners in Colombia include community-based, ethnic, peasant, and women’s organizations. Description of the area to which the position is limited
The position is assigned to the Operations Area of ​​the LWF – Colombia Program, which is led by the Operations Manager. The position reports directly to the Procurement and Logistics Officer and will maintain close coordination with the Finance and Administration Area, the project team, and the regional team.

Location
Based in the Quibdó office , however, the candidate must be available to travel to the departments where the FLM/SM COL VEN works, in the country or outside of it, and where the functions inherent to his/her position are required to carry out.
Purpose of the position
Provide logistical and administrative support to the project team in the office, ensuring the smooth development of activities through input management, support in administrative processes, document management, and follow-up on scheduled activities. This position contributes to the operational fluidity of the project, enabling the various components to be executed in an orderly, efficient, and traceable manner.
Description of activities:
MANAGEMENT
- Coordinate logistical and administrative requirements in the field and office in a practical and efficient manner, facilitating the achievement of project objectives.
- Act as an operational liaison between the field team and the office, ensuring timely documentation and the necessary support for the development of activities.
- Represent the organization before community stakeholders and local suppliers when delegated, with a respectful, ethical and service-oriented attitude.
- Support the logistical organization of field activities: transportation, food, delivery of materials, workshops, community events, etc.
- Collect, classify, and archive supporting documents (minutes, lists, invoices, records), both physical and digital.
- Support the reporting of minor expenses by collecting and organizing accounting records.
- Manage the delivery and receipt of materials and supplies, maintaining basic inventory control on the ground.
- Support the technical team in the logistical preparation of missions (kits, materials, schedule, transportation).
- Ensure the responsible and orderly use of the resources and information under their charge.
GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES
- Ensure the effective implementation of the LWF security policy and ensure the implementation of the LWF Codes of Conduct and other institutional policies within the framework of the project
- Strictly comply with LWF/SM-CO procedures, manuals, and policies.
- Ensure proper cash management for travel advances for activities. Complete travel reports that comply with donor requirements and LWF administrative procedures.
- Ensure proper compliance with the administrative and control procedures applicable to them, within the scope of their activities within the framework of the specific project and FLM policies.
- Comply with LWF procedures, manuals, and policies, including the Codes of Conduct, Safety and Security Policy, Security Manual, Child Protection, and any other requirements established by the LWF.
- The LWF has zero tolerance for sexual exploitation and abuse, and all staff have a duty to comply with and promote the LWF Protection from Sexual Exploitation and Abuse (PSEA) Policy in the performance of all duties and functions.
Professional Requirements
Level of Education
- Technical or technological studies are required in the areas of logistics, administrative management, administrative assistance and/or related careers.
Work Experience
- Minimum experience of six (6) months in logistical and administrative functions, preferably in social projects.
- Experience with indigenous, displaced, confined, and host populations is desirable.
- Desirable work experience in the Choco Department
Languages ​​and office automation
- It is essential that you read, speak, and write Spanish, whether as a native language or with proven advanced fluency.

Knowledge:
- Gain an understanding of the dynamics of the armed conflict in Chocó and its humanitarian impact.
- Basic knowledge of document management, inventories, expense reporting, and operational support.
- Basic handling of computer tools (Excel, Word, scanner, email).
- Ability to work in a team, adapt to diverse tasks, and maintain order and traceability of information.
- Sensitivity towards working with Afro-descendant, indigenous, and host communities.
- Commitment to ethics, organization, transparency, and humanitarian principles.
- Willingness to travel to hard-to-reach rural areas and remain in the field as required by the project.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
