Internship – Communications and Development support of Atlas Logistique At Handicap International – Humanity & Inclusion

Atlas Logistique (AL) is one of HI’s operational units,specialized in the delivery of aid, in support of organisations and the humanitarian system.

Within the Unit the intern will support the communication and development of AL.

Facilitation et appui administratif au Pôle développement

Activity 1 : Administrative support • Logistical organisation of workshops and events for AL’s Division • Minutes and support in the continuous improvement of team meetings • Support on the archiving methodology of AL tools and documents • Facilitation and administrative support to the Development Unit

Activity 2 : Support to AL business development and partnerships • Mapping and creation of the donor’s database and participation in the development of tools to identify new partners (private companies, foundations, etc.) • Research and documentary watch on business development themes

Activity 3 : Internal and external communication of AL • Contribution to the elaboration of strategies, action plan, Business Development Terms of Reference (ToRs) and communication of the Development Unit • Production, publication and animation of internal communication contents (such as writing and publishing articles on the Intranet, HI’s institutional website , etc.) • Support to the development of communication materials according to the needs of the Atlas Logistique Division team members • Support to AL Field Programmes in developing external information content • Follow-up of consultancy and communication projects managed externally to HI • Management of communication and information projects according to the ad hoc needs of AL’s Division • Support on the formalisation of welcome toolkits and procedures (HI Welcome, briefing kits, etc.) for new colleagues at headquarters and in the field • Support for referencing AL key documents and publications

Activity 4 : Translation, formalisation and drafting framework documents • English and French translations of AL tools and framework documents • Development of templates and formalising information contents according to AL and HI’s graphic charter

Activity 5 : Operational support • Ad hoc support to the operational team as per the needs, in particular on the editing of reports, evaluations, etc. • Context monitoring and literature review, including humanitarian contexts

Holding a Master Degree 1 or 2 in Communications, Marketing, International Relations or have attended a Business School. You have experience in a communications department and/or in the non-profit sector. You have a good knowledge of social networks and digital communication. You are a good writer and have a good ability to synthesise information. You are rigorous, a good listener and a team worker. You are diplomatic and responsive. You have a strong capacity to adapt and a good sense of humour. You are fluent in English and French. You are familiar with the Office package and have PAO skills (In Design, Photoshop, Illustrator or other free softwares).

Gratification mensuelle de 600.60 € brut ETP (sauf si stagiaire de la formation continue) + prise en charge des transports en commun à hauteur de 50% sur présentation d’un abonnement + pour un temps plein : Titres Restaurant d’une valeur de 8.96€ (60% à charge de Handicap International ; 40% à charge du stagiaire)
