International Fund for Agricultural Development (IFAD) is seeking a technical consultant to support the Financial Planning (FPM) team. If you design and implement modular financial models in Python and help improve liquidity forecasting, stress testing, and financial projections, we want to hear from you!
💻 Key Expertise & Requirements
We are looking for a consultant with demonstrated experience in:
▪️ Advanced Python development for financial modelling
▪️ ALM, liquidity forecasting, scenario analysis, and stress testing
▪️ SQL databases, API integration, and automated data pipelines
▪️ Modular code design, validation layers, and GitHub workflow
▪️ Translating business logic and financial policies into model code
▪️ Clear documentation and communication with internal stakeholders
Deliverables include:
▪️ Fully functional Python modules for ALM, financial projections, and stress testing
▪️ Integrated and validated data pipelines from Flexcube, PeopleSoft, TMS, and Data Warehouse
▪️ Performance benchmark reports
▪️ Deployment-ready model and comprehensive documentation for handover
🗣️ Language Requirements: English proficiency (4 – Excellent)
