Founded in 1979, Action Against Hunger is an international non-governmental organization that fights hunger worldwide. Mission :
The main priority will be to open the MONGWALU base and the LITA sub-base during December 2025 and January 2026.
Under the supervision of the Deputy Field Support Coordinator, you will implement the mission’s logistics policy to ensure logistical performance and provide the best possible support to programs in your area.
More specifically, your responsibilities will include:
Managing the logistics activity in the area
; Implementing and ensuring the performance of the supply chain;
Implementing and ensuring the performance of general services;
Implementing and ensuring the performance of IT, networks, and telecommunications;
Contributing to security management;
Implementing and monitoring logistical collaboration and coordination with mission partners;
Supervising the base’s logistics team: direct management of one person (Deputy Logistics Manager); and
Ensuring reporting.

Profile :
You hold a degree in humanitarian logistics and/or supply chain management.
You have at least 3 years of experience in a similar role, in a context with limited infrastructure and challenges related to vehicle management and supplies.
You are proficient in Microsoft Office and LINK.
Rigorous and flexible, you possess strong work ethic and the ability to work effectively in a volatile environment.
You are fluent in French, both spoken and written.
Employment conditions
Fixed-term contract under French law: 2 months.
Gross monthly salary: €2,130 to €2,475 depending on experience, including a 13th-month bonus.
Retirement insurance reimbursement for non-French citizens: 16% of gross monthly salary.
Base salary increase: 6% every 12 months of continuous contract.
Monthly per diem and living expenses: $1,032 net, paid on-site.
Monthly context allowance: €450.
Child allowance: €1,500 per year per child present in the country of origin (capped at €6,000/year).
Transportation and accommodation: Travel and shared accommodation provided.
Medical coverage: 100% coverage of health insurance contributions and repatriation insurance, your medical expenses (as well as those of your dependents if a family position is in place) for up to 1 month after the end of your contract.
Salary maintenance provisions (illness, maternity, paternity).
Leave and RnR: 25 days of paid leave per year and 20 RnR days per year; travel expenses covered up to a certain limit to reach the chosen break zone, and a flat-rate allowance of €215 per RnR.
