Responsable Supply Chain – Missions
Leads the Supply Chain strategy and contributes to Logistics & IT planning. Updates policies, procedures, and tools, and manages cross-functional projects. Oversees purchasing and procurement (sourcing, tenders, contracts, flows) and manages supplier relationships.
Provides technical support to country offices, develops documentation and training materials, and approves purchase orders according to defined thresholds.
Manages the headquarters Supply Chain team, coordinates with internal departments, and represents the organization to suppliers and industry networks.
Education and Experience
- Technical training in logistics/supply chain;
- Minimum three years’ experience in field logistics, including emergency humanitarian responses and coordination roles, and significant headquarters experience;
- Proven experience in strategic project management and coordination
- Proven management experience.
- Private sector supply chain experience welcome;

- Mastery of the principles of the humanitarian supply chain;
- Ability to anticipate market developments and needs;
- In-depth knowledge of the humanitarian sector of donors;
- External representation skills in a senior setting
- Analytical and organizational skills, ability to manage priorities;
- Project management skills: ability to define action priorities and allocation of resources/time;
- Ability to decide and to persuade;
- Ability to develop and maintain a professional network;
- Essential computer skills (Excel, Word, Outlook);
- Fluent in French and English (very good reading, writing and speaking level).
Position based at the headquarters of Solidarités International, in Clichy la Garenne (Mairie de Clichy metro station) with field visits
- Permanent contract, Executive status
- Gross monthly salary of: 3,842 or 4,001 euros gross per month depending on the salary scale in effect at headquarters
- Possibility of remote work: 4 or 12 days per month
- Leave: 2.0833 days of paid leave per month and 1 day of RTT (reduced working time) per full month of work
- Health insurance (80%), meal vouchers (60%), and Île-de-France transport passes (50%) are covered by the association.
- Insurance coverage during field trips and 1 day of recovery per weekend spent on assignment.
