The SMR LE BRASSET is a facility belonging to the French Red Cross, located in the heart of Meaux (77). It is a pediatric and adult care facility that welcomes patients aged 6 to 22 with neurodegenerative and/or rare diseases.
It consists of a 40-bed inpatient unit and a 10-place day hospital unit.
Equipped with a multidisciplinary medical and paramedical team to support patients throughout their care.

Our establishment is looking for a full-time, permanent Physiotherapist (M/F), available immediately.
Main tasks:
You will be working on a dedicated technical platform within multidisciplinary teams (physiatrists, general practitioners, occupational therapists, adapted physical activity teachers, nurses, educators, social worker, nursing assistants, social workers, psychologists…).
Under the supervision of the rehabilitation health manager, you will work with professionals from both departments with our beneficiaries according to the following main missions:
- To carry out the patient’s physiotherapy assessment and implement their rehabilitation plan according to medical prescriptions, taking into account their pathology, needs and progress,
- Organize and manage your activity (planning, equipment needs, use of the technical platform),
- Ensure follow-up of patient care (traceability on the patient’s computerized file, information in the PMSI)
- Communicating and informing in order to improve relations with the patient on the one hand, and with their family and the rest of the team on the other.
