Vacancy Announcement: Field Coordinator
Duty Station: Syria – Afrin
Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate all field activities in targeted schools and communities in direct collaboration with the Project Manager.
• Manage schedules and organize awareness and psychosocial support sessions.
• Maintain regular communication with schools, Education Directorates, and local authorities.
• Ensure safe and inclusive participation of children, women, and persons with disabilities.
• Prepare and submit weekly and monthly reports to the Project Manager.
• Supervise field teams and oversee the implementation of activities.
• Facilitate joint field visits with partners and donor representatives.
• Support MEAL processes and ensure compliance with protection standards.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Social Sciences, Management, Education, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in field coordination or project implementation.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Previous experience working with schools or community structures is an asset.
• Commitment to protection principles and humanitarian values.
Preference will be given to candidates residing in Afrin.
