Mission :

Under the supervision of the Head of Research and Analysis, you will strengthen the methodological quality of operational research, surveys, and innovative quantitative assessments in the field of biostatistics.
Your responsibilities will include:
providing support to the Expertise and Advocacy Department and Operations (via MEAL) on methodologies and quantitative statistical analyses;
leading biostatistical studies and analyses on priority topics; and
contributing to the development of Action Against Hunger’s Research, Analysis, and Learning department.

Profile :

You hold a Master’s degree (Master 2) in applied statistics or biostatistics and have at least three years of proven professional experience in a similar role.
You have experience in the international solidarity sector and/or knowledge of Action Against Hunger.
You are proficient in quantitative analysis software and tools (advanced Excel, Epi Info, OpenEPI, EpiCalc, Kobo, Redcap, Sphinx, SPSS, ENA) and several programming languages ​​(R, Stata, SAS, C, C++, etc.).
You possess skills in teaching, science communication, and interdisciplinary communication. Knowledge of mixed methods applied to epidemiology and operations research is an asset.
You are fluent in both written and spoken French and English.

Employment conditions

Status: Integrated Manager – 5-month fixed-term contract until 25/05/2026 – Full-time
Location: Montreuil (Seine-Saint-Denis)
Salary: €41,000 to €50,000 gross per year over 13 months depending on experience
