You will be part of a team with diverse profiles, united and supportive, committed daily to strengthening Action Against Hunger’s response to humanitarian emergencies.

Mission :

We are looking for an intern capable of providing support to the Emergency Department’s delegated management through the following tasks:

Contribute to the administrative support and communication of the ERRU.
Contribute to the organization and documentation of the ERRU strategic workshop for March 2026.
Coordinate and facilitate meetings or working sessions as needed, ensuring note-taking and dissemination of information.
Contribute to various activity reports (KPIs, RMAs, Situation Reports, etc.).
Contribute to ERRU communication reports (Roster Newsletter).
Contribute to the editing of ERRU fact sheets (including the ERRU presentation booklet).
Coordinate the dissemination of unit communications (sharing photos, reports, experiences, etc.) with other ACF departments.

Support for the development of monitoring and alert systems and context analyses.
Contribute to the overall monitoring of contexts and write the daily information note (Watch Report).
Contribute to the monitoring of alert indicators and to the updating of the database for the production of the watch list report.
If necessary, contribute to the writing of context analysis papers (Desk Review) and to the preparation of exploratory missions.

Support for monitoring and developing finance and grants aspects;
support for drafting project proposals, donor reports, etc.;
support for developing tools for the unit;
support for fundraising.

Support the management of medical kits and exploratory missions.
Allocate the various kits to emergency personnel according to their needs.
Contribute to inventory tracking of these kits and their renewal if necessary.

Profile :

We are looking for a candidate who shares our commitment and possesses the following qualities:
You are currently enrolled in a Master’s program (first or second year) in Political Science, International Humanitarian Action, etc.
You have previous experience working in a team, whether in an association, on a group project, or abroad.
You are organized and remain calm even when things get challenging.
You are independent, proactive, and possess excellent writing skills.

Employment conditions

Mandatory Condition: Must have a valid internship agreement issued by a French educational institution.
Internship Duration: 6 months (based in Montreuil, 102 rue de Paris).
Desired Start Date: January 19, 2026

Salary Conditions:
Paid internship at €4.57 net per hour (based on a 35-hour week). Weekly working hours (38.75 hours).
Meal vouchers worth €8 (60% covered by ACF).
50% reimbursement of public transport costs.
Remote work: ACF has a remote work policy that governs activities requiring mandatory presence at headquarters, while allowing you to perform part of your work remotely. Regular attendance at the Montreuil headquarters is therefore expected, according to a schedule agreed upon with your manager. In addition, approximately three days per month are dedicated to meetings and team events.
