Position Duties and Responsibilities:

Collaborate with the team in the centre (psychologist, psychiatrist. Etc) and the humanitarian actors outside the centre to assess the situation of the affected people and assess their needs and connect them with the available services.
Provide individual case management for children, women and other vulnerable persons with special needs in accordance with all relevant case management steps, tools and procedures.
Secure case management documentation in accordance with all relevant case management steps, tools and procedures
Work closely with other organizations and service providers in order to ensure safe through establishment of a service mapping and contribute to establish comprehensive referral pathways between actors in the targeted area.
Communicate effectively with specialists and other service providers as part of the individual case management procedure.
Identifying environmental barriers to the progress of individuals through interviews, reviewing personnel records, gathering information about their needs and resources, assessing potential problems at work or at home, and linking them to available services.
In accordance with best practices and international standards in the response to gender-based violence, the case worker provides direct support to vulnerable women and girls, particularly survivors of gender-based violence. Case management services include needs assessment, development and implementation of an action plan for recovery, appropriate follow-up and case closure where necessary. The case management process should be implemented through an approach that supports survivors. Support the development of age appropriate recreational and educational activities and build skills for women and girls in safe places, in coordination with relevant actors.

Qualification and Work Experience

BA in Sociology, social sciences..
Communication skills
Experience: Minimum 1 year of professional experience in the related field
Microsoft office: Intermediate level

Arabic language: ADVANCE
Turkish language: advanced
