About: Action Against Hunger
Founded in 1979, Action Against Hunger is an international non-governmental organization that fights hunger worldwide. Its charter of humanitarian principles—independence, neutrality, non-discrimination, free and direct access to victims, professionalism, and transparency—has defined its identity for 45 years. Its mission is to save lives by eliminating hunger through the prevention, detection, and treatment of undernutrition, particularly during and after emergencies related to conflicts and natural disasters. Action Against Hunger coordinates its programs around seven areas of activity: Nutrition and Health; Mental Health and Psychosocial Support; Food Security and Livelihoods; Water, Sanitation, and Hygiene; Advocacy; Climate; and Research. In 2023, Action Against Hunger assisted more than 21 million people in nearly 60 countries around the world.
Mission :
We are looking for an intern to support the Sport and Solidarity team within Action Against Hunger’s Corporate Partnerships department. You will be involved in the organization and management of sporting and fundraising events, the Challenge Against Hunger, and Connected Against Hunger.les.
More specifically, your tasks will be as follows:
Contribute to the development of the project
Participate in the organization of the Paris La Défense Challenge Against Hunger.
Provide support on all logistical aspects of the Paris La Défense event.
Participate in the organization of the #Connectedagainsthunger connected challenge.
Participate in the creation of tools and visuals for the #Connectedagainsthunger application.
Contributing to the support of businesses
Manage event registrations
; create and update standard event emails (rankings, registrations);
contribute to the support of volunteers and participants;
organize application presentation sessions for participating companies (video conferences);
manage volunteer recruitment for the Paris La Défense Challenge Against Hunger
; track volunteer registrations for the event
; provide support for the #Connectedagainsthunger application to participants
; ensure the quality of the application’s user interface/user experience
Contribute to the communication surrounding the event
Working in conjunction with ACF’s communications department on writing web and social media articles.
Supervising the creation of video for the event.
Contribute to capitalization
Conduct end-of-event satisfaction surveys for participants and companies.
Write an event report.
Regularly monitor industry trends.
Profile :
We are looking for a candidate who shares our commitment and possesses the following qualities:
Currently in your third year of university (BAC+3) or first year of a Master’s degree, you are a student in a communication, marketing or event management school.
You are rigorous, recognized for your organizational skills and your ease in project and digital management.
In addition, you are a good communicator both in writing and orally and you have a strong motivation for humanitarian aid.
Excel holds no secrets for you, and you have a good level of spoken and written English.
Mandatory condition: A category B driving licence is essential for certain external journeys.
Employment conditions
Mandatory Condition: Must have an internship agreement issued by a French educational institution
Internship duration: 6 months (based in Montreuil, 102 rue de Paris)
Desired contract start date: 06/04/2026
Salary Conditions:
Internship paid at a rate of 4.57 euros net per hour (based on 35 hours per week).
Weekly working hours (38.75h).
Meal vouchers at 8 EUR (60% covered by ACF).
Coverage of up to 50% of public transport costs.
