BACKGROUND:

The establishment and deployment of a new HRIS requires support from the current Benelux HR team in order to free it from certain administrative tasks in order to be available to support the test phase and the deployment of a new HRIS tool which requires strong mobilization,

Among the other flagship HR 2021 files, there is the compliance of the GDPR for which administrative tasks will be necessary such as the drafting of register files. All HR files will therefore have to be brought into conformity.

In addition, the launch of a new Intranet space dedicated to personnel administration makes it possible to put tool sheets online for HI employees. These files have been started and many subjects remain to be dealt with.

OBJECTIVES OF THE POSITION:

Under the authority of the HR Partner Benelux, your main mission will be to support the HR department so that it can mobilize on the deployment of the HRIS tool. Among these tasks we can list: drafting of contracts, social documents, GDPR register sheets for compliance, reorganization of HR files, revision and writing of HR information sheets for publication on the HI intranet and support to the ‘personnel Administration.

Your main missions will be as follows:

Responsibility 1: You support personnel administration

• You develop an HR dashboard

• You write the social documents (HR cycle)

• You create files for new entrants

• Help you prepare the payroll

Responsibility 2: You check the compliance of personnel files with the GDPR

• You follow the GDPR training

• You review the tree structure of personnel files on the network and on the Outlook mailbox.

• You liaise with other staff in the department to ensure files to keep and delete

• You write register sheets

• You sort the items to keep and delete the others

• You encrypt files containing personal data

Responsibility 3: You establish tool sheets on subjects facilitating the daily life of HI employees

• You write new practical sheets that are accessible to all employees and revise the sheets to adapt them if necessary.

• You publish the files on Hinside

• You feed and update the Personnel Administration page with Benelux data

PROFILE REQUIRED:

You have at least a bachelor’s degree in Human Resources

You have at least 3 years of professional experience

You have a first experience in human resources

Knowledge of the NGO community and GroupS software is a plus

You know the Belgian legislation (labor law)

You have a perfect command of French and English (Dutch is a plus)

You are rigorous and you respect confidentiality

You are agile and have the ability to integrate new tools

You are attentive, you are curious, benevolent, organized and structured

You have a perfect command of the Office Pack, knowledge of HRIS is a plus

POSITION CONDITIONS:

Fixed-term contract of 6 months, based in Brussels, full time

Desired start date: early June 2021
