About the Chain of Hope

Chain of Hope is an international NGO founded in 1994. Its mission is to strengthen health systems to give everyone, and especially children, the same chances of survival and development.
We work in 28 countries using a comprehensive approach, centered on the child but also on mothers and disadvantaged communities.

  • Prevention and screening from a very young age, particularly within the framework of school health programs.
  • Care and surgery, in order to meet the most urgent needs of children and their mothers.
  • Training and skills transfer to local teams through our international network of experts in all areas of surgery.
  • Construction and equipping of hospital facilities adapted to local needs.

POSITION AND MISSION

Reporting to the Marketing Manager, your main mission is to maximize fundraising from the general public by placing digital tools at the heart of the acquisition and retention strategy. You will transform charitable engagement into a seamless and effective digital experience.

MAIN ACTIVITIES

Digital Missions (80% of the time)

1. Digital Acquisition & Growth

  • Ads campaign management: Design and optimize recruitment campaigns on social networks (Meta, LinkedIn, Pinterest) and Google Ads (Search/Grant) to attract new donors.
  • Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO): Manage and optimize the online donation platform, create specific forms per campaign and ensure complete tracking of the conversion funnel.
  • Cross-channel & Social Strategy: Adapting the messages of La Chaîne de l’Espoir into impactful digital content (videos, stories, visuals) with the support of agencies.

2. Relationship Marketing & Automation (CRM)

  • Emailing & Loyalty: Mastering the routing tool for segmentation, creation and sending of targeted newsletters and calls for donations.
  • Marketing Automation: Set up automated scenarios (welcome sequence for new donors, follow-up for abandoned donation carts).
  • Data Management: Leverage the database (SIRIUS/QD NEXT) to refine segmentation and maximize the LTV ( Lifetime Value ) of donors.

3. Analyse & Performance

  • Tracking & Reporting: Weekly updates of performance indicators (CPA, digital ROI, conversion rate) to optimize investments in real time.
  • Technology Watch: Staying on top of new digital fundraising methods (donations by SMS, micro-donations, cryptos, etc.).

Cross-functional & Support Missions (20% of the time)

The rest of your activity ensures the overall consistency of the brand and support for the historical actions of the NGO.

  • Support for ‘Offline’ Direct Marketing: Occasional coordination of paper mailing, telemarketing and face-to-face campaigns, ensuring complementarity with the digital calendar.
  • Supplier Coordination: Management of calls for tenders and administrative follow-up (contracts, invoices) for communication and prospecting agencies.
  • Donor relations: Occasional participation in handling donor requests to maintain a connection with the reality on the ground.

PROFILE SOUGHT

EDUCATION AND PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE

  • Minimum qualification: Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in a specialized school or Master’s program
  • 5 years of professional experience in marketing preferred, with proven expertise in digital acquisition channels.
  • Proficiency in office software and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Proficiency in email routing tools, online donation platforms, advertising managers (Ads Manager) and audience analysis tools.
  • Knowledge of QDNext would be an assetREQUIRED SKILLS AND QUALITIES

CONDITIONS

  • CDI
  • Desired start date: May 4, 2026
  • Health insurance covers 80%
  • 50% reimbursement of transport pass or sustainable mobility allowance (bike) of 45 euros/month
  • Meal vouchers worth €12.10 covered at 60%
  • Teleworking policy: up to 12 days per month, after the first month of on-site work.
  • 23 days of annual RTT (reduced working time)
  • Salary offered: €34,800 – €39,600 over 12 months depending on profile and experience
  • CE: gift vouchers
