She is responsible for MSF’s operational response to the project. Working closely with the capital team, she defines and plans project objectives and priorities, identifying the health and humanitarian needs of the population, analyzing the context and the humanitarian issues at stake, the risks and limitations, and calculating human and financial requirements. Working closely with the Head of Mission, she coordinates implementation to ensure the objectives are met efficiently and to improve the population’s health and the overall humanitarian situation.
