Threats that arise from complex factors like peace, security, human rights, good governance, and socio-economic development require a policy response that goes beyond reacting to symptoms, which is what this project seeks to advocate and influence. Of equal importance is that this project aims to engage with policymaking institutions such as the African Union, IGAD, and EU among others.
