Mission :

We are looking for an intern to support the employment law department through the following tasks:
Contributing to legal monitoring in employment law;
Conducting legal monitoring in employment law and proposing, based on the cases being monitored and current legal developments, legal topics and/or tools to support HR professionals;
Contributing to the creation of appropriate communication materials to disseminate legal updates (internal memos, information materials, etc.);
Contributing to the support of individual and collective employment law issues;
Participating in the analysis of individual and collective situations by gathering the necessary information;
Conducting relevant research on legal doctrine and case law related to identified issues;
Participating in the drafting of legal documents (agreements, internal memos, letters, etc.);
Contributing to the organization of social dialogue;
Participating in the preparation of meetings with employee representatives within the framework of negotiations or information and consultation procedures;
Contributing to the development of operational legal tools;
Participating to the regular updating of the department’s tools and communication materials (contract templates, amendments, legal kits, calendars, etc.).
Contribute to the creation of materials and tools on topics identified within the employment law department, intended for HR professionals, in order to harmonize and secure practices within the Association.

Profile :

We are looking for a candidate who shares our commitment and possesses the following qualities:
You are entering your first or second year of a Master’s program or are a law student, with a strong specialization in employment law.
This specialization can be demonstrated through your degree title, coursework, thesis, or practical experience.
Areas of expertise include:
Labor law (individual and collective relations),
Human resources (legal aspects),
Collective bargaining,
Social protection,
and Worker mobility.

Employment conditions

Status: Apprenticeship Contract
Contract Duration: 12 months
Location: Montreuil (Seine-Saint-Denis)
Salary Conditions:
Remuneration based on the legal minimum wage, adjusted according to age and level of education, paid over 13 months
21 days of RTT (prorated according to attendance)
25 days of paid leave prorated according to attendance
Health and welfare coverage: 80% covered by ACF
Transportation: 50% of the cost of travel between home and workplace
Meal vouchers: 60% covered by the association (value of €8)
€175/year (social activities) and discount on cinema tickets

Remote work: Open to everyone in mainland France. Our remote work policy governs activities requiring a presence at the association’s headquarters. You can choose to work fully or partially remotely. For this position, a mandatory presence of 2 days per month at headquarters is required, with time dedicated to meetings and team events (3 days per month on average). The first 6 weeks will include 2 days of mandatory presence per week for your integration into the team.
