Conflict Management Consulting (CMC) provides M&E, research services and technical assistance in fragile, conflict and post-conflict areas. CMC offers the following portfolio of services:
· Evaluation of programs and projects using qualitative and quantitative methodologies;
· Quantitative and qualitative social research, including in hard-to-access areas;
· Advisory services in the fields of humanitarian assistance and peacebuilding;
· Mentoring, capacity building and quality assurance of local partners;
· Development and implementation of M&E frameworks;
· Third Party Monitoring.

1. THE POSITION
CMC is participating to a bid for the implementation of the *“Long-Term Arrangement (LTA) for the provision of consultancy services in conducting Country Programme Evaluations (CPEs), Impact Evaluations, and Multi-country and Country-specific Programmatic Evaluations in UNICEF”.* To this end, we are seeking to build a pool of national evaluation specialists to be included in our offer. Please, note that, in case of award, you may be invited to participate to restricted tenders during the whole period of implementation of the LTA. LTAs will be established for an initial period of 2 years. There will be an option for additional one-year extensions for as many as 5 additional years. Thus, the minimum guaranteed duration is 2 years and the maximum possible duration is 7 years.
2. QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS
· Relevant Master’s degree;
· At least 6 years of experience conducting independent evaluations including Country Programme Evaluations, country-level, multi-country or regional thematic and programme evaluations;
· Experience in sectors including:
o Child Protection
o Early Childhood Development
o Education and learning
o Health
o HIV-AIDs
o Nutrition
o Social Policy and Social Protection
o WASH [Water, Sanitation, Hygiene]
· Good communication and writing skills in English;
· Knowledge of any other UN language (Arabic, Chinese, French, Russian, Spanish) would be considered an asset.
