Job Title: Facility Admin Officer

Job location: Syria – Idleb – Autism Center

Report to: Health Program Coordinator

JOB SUMMARY

The Facility Admin Officer is responsible for overseeing administrative, human resources, financial, and operational functions of the center to ensure efficient and effective service delivery. The role supports coordination between teams, ensures compliance with MedGlobal policies, and maintains a well-organized working environment for both staff and beneficiaries.

MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

The Admin Officer has the following responsibilities and duties:

1. Ensure smooth daily administrative and operational management of the center.

2. Maintain organized records, employee files, contracts, and documentation (physical and electronic).

3. Support HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, attendance, and contract tracking.

4. Handle invoices, payments, and support financial documentation and reporting processes.

5. Coordinate with program staff to support implementation of activities and follow up on schedules and reporting.

6. Oversee office logistics, supplies, and general facility needs.

QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS

Should have the following skills, education, and experience:

1. Bachelor’s degree in business administration or a related field (required).

2. Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in administration or operations (preferably in NGOs).

3. Previous experience working in or supporting autism centers or programs for children with special needs is preferred.

4. Good understanding of basic accounting and financial procedures.

5. Strong organizational and time management skills.

6. Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

7. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
