Mission :

In collaboration with the Digital Collection Manager,
we are looking for an intern capable of providing support to the digital marketing team through the following tasks:

Contribute to the implementation of the Solidarity Bibs project.
Monitor registrations for the various races included in the project.
Respond to inquiries and guide participants through the different stages.
Participate in the development of the annual communication plan.
Research content, make creative proposals, and produce messages in accordance with the action plan and the defined objectives and target audiences.
Design creative materials using Photoshop/InDesign for the required materials within the action plan.
Communicate with project stakeholders and external service providers within the framework of the action plan.
Contribute to existing fundraising activities.
Manage the email campaign schedule.
Distribute emails for the department and team.
Analyze email campaign performance and provide regular reporting based on established indicators and dashboards, in conjunction with external service providers.
Liaise with the Donor Relations Department and external service providers to resolve technical/management issues encountered by online donors.
Contribute to fundraising development
. Regular monitoring of innovations and the market
; participation in the implementation of tests of new levers and projects

Profile :

We are looking for a candidate who shares our commitment and possesses the following qualities:

You are entering your first or second year of a Master’s program in a field related to Digital Marketing.
You are drawn to this area and eager to learn while sharing your skills and knowledge. The charitable sector particularly interests you, and your values ​​align with the cause our organization supports.
You are proficient in visual design tools such as Photoshop or InDesign.
You enjoy proposing ideas, have a creative mind, and are comfortable working with numbers.
You are self-reliant and completely comfortable working remotely.
Your motivation and positive attitude will be key assets for this position.

Employment conditions

Status: Apprenticeship or professional training contract
? Contract duration: 12 months
? Location: Montreuil (Seine-Saint-Denis)
Desired schedule: 3 weeks on, 1 week off

Salary Conditions:
Remuneration based on the legal minimum wage, adjusted according to age and level of education, paid over 13 months.
21 days of RTT (reduced working time) (prorated according to time worked).
25 days of paid leave (prorated according to time worked)
. Health and welfare coverage: 80% covered by ACF.
Transportation: 50% of the cost between home and work.
Meal vouchers: 60% covered by the association (value of €8).
€170/year (social activities) and discount on cinema tickets.

Remote work: Open to everyone in mainland France. Our remote work policy governs activities requiring a presence at the association’s headquarters. You can choose to work fully or partially remotely. For this position, a mandatory presence of 4 days per month at headquarters is required, with time dedicated to meetings and team events (3 days per month on average). The first 6 weeks will include 2 mandatory days of presence per week for your integration into the team.
