About Qatar Red Crescent:

Scope of Work:
The Project Coordinator is responsible for managing and leading a portfolio of humanitarian projects in Syria across response, relief, recovery, and livelihoods sectors. The role oversees the full project lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities and Duties:
Strategic:
• Coordinate with the M&E team to conduct needs assessments and analyze findings.
• Contribute to project proposals and implementation strategies.
• Ensure alignment with organizational and donor requirements.
• Uphold safeguarding and PSEAH principles.
Operational:
• Lead project implementation and supervise teams.
• Monitor progress and timelines.
• Coordinate with suppliers and contractors.
• Maintain project documentation.
Quality and Compliance:
• Ensure adherence to quality standards and policies.
• Review technical reports.
Coordination:
• Coordinate with internal departments.
• Maintain stakeholder relationships.
Financial & Logistics:
• Support budgeting and monitor expenditures.
• Follow procurement and logistics processes.
Education and Experience:
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• Minimum 6 years of experience in project management.
Skills:
• Strong proposal writing and analytical skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office.
• Leadership and communication skills.
Languages:
• Fluency in Arabic.
• Good English proficiency.
