Polish Humanitarian Action (PAH) is seeking a consultant to assess and review its existing Accountability to Affected Populations (AAP) systems, processes and tools and provide practical recommendations for strengthening coherence, effectiveness and alignment with the Core Humanitarian Standard (CHS).
The consultancy will include document review, system mapping, stakeholder consultations/interviews, assessment of current AAP practices and development of a structured outline for future AAP Guidelines.
