JOB SUMMARY:
Responsible for the implementation of sustainable fundraising strategies for Orbis which draw on the resources and build awareness within the segments of organizations team, with the goal of maximizing support for Orbis fundraising objectives. The segments include corporations, religious groups, associations, and foundations.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Co-ordinate and implement fundraising events and cross-marketing campaigns
- Identify and solicit fundraising opportunities for both grant giving and gift-in-kind donation
- Build and maintain good relationship with potential and existing donors
- Follow up stewardship recognition and loyalty program for donor management
- Evaluate and analyze campaign result and prepare review report upon completion of assigned events
- Conduct regular research on market intelligence of the industry
- Perform other duties and support Orbis’s activities as assigned by supervisor
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:
- University graduate in marketing, business administration or related disciplines
- 1-3 years of working experience in sales and marketing
KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS:
- Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese / Mandarin
- Strong project management and organizational skills
- Good presentation and customer service skills
- Proactive, creative, independent, multi-tasking with can-do attitude
- Good team player
- Attention to details and able to meet deadlines
- Proficient in MS office (Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint). Knowledge in Adobe Illustrator/ Photoshop is a plus
- Immediate available is highly preferred
