Implement MSF’s recruitment policy at the project level within MSF OCBA’s national programs. Ensure the quality of recruitment processes conducted at the mission level and support activity managers and HR managers throughout the selection process. Ensure, at each stage of recruitment, adherence to MSF’s recruitment principles and values.
Also ensure the implementation of HR policies within the project as well as the proper administrative management of all staff working within the project (national and international staff).
